The best diluent for LK-EM 400A silicone oil emulsions is cold water. These emulsions are stable up to reasonable levels of water hardness (200 ppm). After estimation of the required quantity of emulsion required, pre-dilute the emulsion in cold water under low shear (to ensure efficient dispersion). Gently stir before actual use.It is applied equally throughout the mould surface by brushing, dipping or spraying. After application, mould surface is allowed to dry. Application of excess quantities should be avoided as it leads to surface irregularities.

Applications :
- Silicone micro emulsion can be a used in textile & garments to generate surface smoothness with a soft handle, suppleness & silky finish that is capable of withstanding repeated washing cycles.They are especially useful for cottons, sarees, and suiting, woven & knitted fabrics as well as for their garments.
