Epoxy Emulsion

Epoxy emulsion (LK-EMR 4000) is an epoxy modified silicone emulsion designed to deliver excellent bounce, bodying, and soft dry feel with non yellowing effects to various fabrics.

Epoxy emulsion (LK-EMR 4000) treated fabrics will show improved softness. Better crease recovery and resistance to yellowing.

Applications :

Epoxy Emulsion (LK-EMR 4000) is used for finishing fabrics like cotton, viscose, polyester and its blend fabric. Fabrics finished with LK-EMR 4000 do not give any shade change due to the transparent film formed after total curing through padding process. Desired curing temperature is 120-180 Deg. C.

Methyl Hydrogen Fluid

Methyl hydrogen fluid (LK- EMR 52) is a emulsion of reactive methyl hydrogen fluid. It can be used on its own or in combination with LK-56 Catalyst.

Methyl hydrogen fluid has good water repellency. Reactive silicone in emulsion form dilution stable.

Formulation flexibility by use of catalyst produces flexible water repellent film.

Applications

Methyl hydrogen fluid (LK- EMR 52) is reactive methyl hydrogen emulsion especially designed for treating fibers and other substrates where their water repellent properties need improving. Examples are textiles, insulating materials, wood, gypsum board, plywood and particle board & powder. When used with LK-56 catalyst it gives durable water repellency.

Silicone Micro Emulsion

Silicone micro emulsion (LK- SILSOF (M)) is a micro emulsion of modified amino silicone fluid and environment friendly emulsifier that gives excellent smoothness along with softness, smooth and durable feel and also unique handle.

Silicone micro emulsion (LK- SILSOF (M)) is used by exhaust as well as padding process as per need.

Applications :-

Silicone micro emulsion (LK- SILSOF (M)) can be a used in textile & garments to generate surface smoothness with a soft handle, suppleness & silky finish that is capable of withstanding repeated washing cycles.They are especially useful for cottons, sarees, and suiting, woven & knitted fabrics as well as for their garments. For fabric it is used by padding and for garments it is used by exhaust method. It also imparts softness and body to the fabric.

Silicone micro emulsion (LK-SILSOF (M)) gives excellent softness.
